WWith modern sanding machines (belt and rotary machines) and the use of advanced sanding technology, we guarantee outstanding sanding quality.
Basic sanding is carried out with a belt sanding machine.
For more demanding customers we additionally sand with a rotary machine, which we named TRIO after its three sanding discs. With it we achieve a visually flatter parquet surface.
TRIO quality — a new generation
Trionising is a special sanding technology that removes the sanding marks of the belt sander, closes the wood pores, improves flatness and ensures a more even, better application of lacquer — all of which guarantees a superior appearance and extends the life of the lacquered surface.
For the most demanding customers who want the natural look of an oiled parquet floor, prior trionising is essential to ensure even absorption of the oil.
A patented process
The trionising process is also patented at the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Slovenia.
